تحكم الشروط والأحكام استخدام والوصول إلى تطبيق وموقع EKAL بما في ذلك أي محتوى أو وظائف أو خدمات يتم تقديمها على أو من خلال www.ekalsa.com. إذا قررت الاستمرار في تصفح واستخدام موقعنا وخدماتنا، فإنك توافق تمامًا على شروط وأحكام الاستخدام الخاصة بـ EKAL، والتي تشكل مع سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا العلاقة بين EKAL وبينك فيما يتعلق بهذا الموقع/التطبيق وخدماته.
يشير مصطلح "EKAL" أو "نحن" أو "لنا" إلى شركة إيكال للموارد البشرية. ويشير مصطلح "أنت" إلى العميل لخدماتنا أو المستخدم/المشاهد لموقعنا الإلكتروني أو تطبيقنا.

إذا لم توافق على قبول والتقيد بهذه الاتفاقية، يجب عليك التوقف فورًا عن استخدام الموقع أو التطبيق أو الخدمة.

1. المحتوى والتغييرات

• محتوى صفحات هذا الموقع مخصص لشرح وتنفيذ خدماتنا. وهو عرضة للتغيير دون إشعار.

• تحتفظ EKAL بالحق في تعديل أو إلغاء السياسات والشروط والأحكام لتلبية المتطلبات والمعايير.

2. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)

• نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط لمراقبة تفضيلات التصفح.

3. الملكية الفكرية

• جميع المحتويات (تصميم، تخطيط، رسومات، مظهر...) مملوكة أو مرخصة لنا.

• يحظر إعادة الإنتاج إلا وفق إشعار حقوق النشر.

5. الشروط الخاصة بالخدمات

• يجب على العملاء قراءة الشروط الخاصة بالخدمة المراد شراؤها والموافقة عليها قبل الدفع.

6. القانون والاختصاص

• أي نزاع يخضع لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.

7. الأسعار والرسوم

• قد تغير EKAL هيكل التسعير أو الرسوم من وقت لآخر دون إشعار مسبق.

8. المسؤولية

• لا تتحمل EKAL مسؤولية الأفعال غير القانونية للعاملين أو العملاء.

• تقوم EKAL بالتحقق من خلفيات العاملين، لكن يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية حماية سلامتهم وممتلكاتهم.

9. الدفع

• يتم الدفع عبر البطاقة الائتمانية (مدى، أبل باي، فيزا، ماستركارد، أمريكان إكسبريس).

• قد نطلب تفويضًا مسبقًا للبطاقة قبل إتمام الشراء.

• على حامل البطاقة الاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات.

10. الحسابات والقُصّر

• أنت مسؤول عن سرية معلومات حسابك.

• لا يُسمح لمن هم دون 18 سنة بالتسجيل أو المعاملات على الموقع/التطبيق.

11. أحكام عامة

• إذا كان أي بند غير صالح، تُحفظ بقية البنود بكامل قوتها.

• يحق لـ EKAL نقل أو تفويض هذه الشروط دون موافقة.

12. التواصل

• ترسل EKAL رسائل عبر واتساب، SMS، بريد إلكتروني، أو إشعارات لأغراض العقود، الإيصالات، تأكيد الخدمات، التحديثات، أو التسويق.

13. سياسة الاسترداد

• تتم معالجة الاسترداد عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو تحويل بنكي خلال 14 يومًا.

If you decide to continue to browse and use our website and services, you are completely agreeing to EKAL terms and conditions of use, which combined with our privacy policy govern EKAL’s relationship with you in relation to this website/mobile App and its services.

• We may seek pre-authorization before purchase.

• Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records.

10. Accounts and Minors

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

• Users under 18 are not permitted to register or transact.

11. General Provisions

• If any clause is invalid, the rest remain in full effect.

• EKAL may transfer or delegate Terms without consent.

12. Communication

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 14 days.
